ENGINE WINTERIZATION- We add fuel stabilizer (additional), run the engine and flush with fresh water, drain the engine, add non-toxic anti freeze to all cooling systems. Check for proper anti-freeze, fog the engine with rust preventative oil, coat the entire engine with a rust inhibitor.

ENGINE TUNE-UP-We check cylinder compression; install new points, condenser and rotor (or sensor wheel), plugs, distributor cap. We replace fuel filter), clean flame arrestor, set dwell, timing, idle speed and control adjustments. ( Ignition wires and engine parts additional if applies).

OUTDRIVE WINTERIZATION- We remove outdrive, lubricate gimble housing, universal and tail shaft (old style Volvo is not removed). We drain the gearcase, inspect for impurities and refill it, remove and replace water pump. We remove propeller, lubricate prop shaft. Coat with rust inhibitor and replace outdrive gasket and O-ring kit. (Storage Not Included.)

BOAT AND ENGINE COMMISSIONING- We charge and install your battery, start engine and check the engine and
drive shaft adjustment. We test drive the boat in the water under load up to
30, check all engine gauges, check engine warning alarms and adjust steering
and belt tension.
